Childbirth & Newborn Education

Our experienced educators are deeply committed experts and include doulas, lactation consultants, midwives, child psychologists, family therapists, certified nutritionists, massage therapists and others. They are on hand to help you prepare for these life-changing events and approach each topic with confidence.

We keep our class sizes small and offer both pre and postnatal support groups. We also maintain a comprehensive list of local childbirth, childcare and postnatal service providers both in our store and on our website.

We offer a space that is safe, warm and inviting, with plenty of places to nurse your baby.

MOMS' SUPPORT 6 WEEK SERIES: Join this on-going support group where you will meet and bond with other local moms. We offer a safe and nurturing place for moms to share the joys and challenges of parenting.

In this 6 week New Moms' Group you will discover simple and effective strategies to help cope with the many unexpected physical demands and emotional challenges of this wonderous time. Through various self-care practices, you will explore natural ways to restore core vitality and to reduce feelings of anxiety commonly experienced in early motherhood. Additionally, weekly discussions with experts will cover such topics as breastfeeding, fitness, nutrition, and sleep.
