Halloween Costume Party

12:00-3:00pm – Saturday, October 31

Keeping with our tradition, all the Circle of Moms Groups dress up babies and come to The Tulip Grove for pictures and a great parade. This year FREE photographer Jonathan Payne will be teaming up with The Tulip Grove to capture those perfect snapshots of parents and babies throughout the day! You will be able to view and order the pictures online or send to family at discounted prices. A great event for the whole family!

Plan Toys – Plan and Simple!

Plan Toys is all about children. They offer educational toys for every developmental stage of childhood that are made from natural materials non-chemically treated rubber wood . ”We create toys that inspire children’s imagination as well as promote their physical and intellectual development. We’re also proving that it is possible to maintain superior quality standards while steadfastly following a path of environmental and social responsibility.” Wow! Not only is Plan Toys an environmentally and socially responsible company, they strive to produce toys that inspire creativity and imagination in our children, something that more toy companies need to do!

What we like most about Plan Toys is that they are built for years of use. Oliver has a whole set of the little wooden trucks and plays with them on a daily basis. Plan Toys states that these toys will enhance fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Children will develop observational and problem-solving skills, which are the basis of science, through observing the toy’s mechanism.

The little pull toys are second to none! The Dancing Alligator or the Pull-Along Zebra will be an instant favorite! While being pulled, the wooden pieces make rhythmic click-clacking sounds as the dance along. Parents are always searching for good toys for their children – we say look no further!
